A move forward is still a move forward even when the paperwork's boring. We built Fore Consultancy to handle the practical, unglamorous parts of arriving in Australia — and then to keep going, into the part that actually changes where you end up.
The gap between "you've arrived" and "you've settled."
Most of the formal support around a move to Australia is built for the big milestones — the visa, the job offer, the lease signature. Fore Consultancy exists for everything in between: the bank appointment you don't know how to book, the workplace norm nobody explained, the parcel that arrived before you had an address to put on it.
Why a settling-in consultancy also mentors
Because the questions don't stop when the admin does. The same client who needed help opening an account in month one is, by month eight, trying to work out why their feedback lands differently here, or how to lead a team whose expectations they're still learning. Those aren't separate problems — they're the same adjustment at a later stage. Handing that off to a stranger who doesn't know the first half of the story never made sense to us, so we do both.

Visa questions go to a Registered Migration Agent. Legal, financial and clinical questions go to a qualified professional. We're specific about where our expertise ends.
You know the basis upfront
Mentorship is a fixed-price package agreed before we start. Practical support is hourly in 15-minute increments, with a written estimate for larger work.
Local, not generic
We're based in Perth and support clients in person across Western Australia, and remotely across the rest of Australia — guidance grounded in real, on-the-ground experience rather than a copy-pasted national playbook.
